4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

All payments are processed securely. DevZenAI offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for most courses, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been consumed. After 7 days, or if the consumption threshold is exceeded, no refunds will be issued.

5. Job Assistance Guarantee

For courses that include a job assistance guarantee, this applies solely to learners who successfully complete 100% of the coursework, projects, and pass all mock interviews. DevZenAI guarantees interview opportunities, not specific employment outcomes.

6. Code of Conduct

Users must behave respectfully in all community forums, live sessions, and interactions with instructors. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
